Provider Network Management is building a national network of licensed Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to deliver cash-pay telehealth care, synchronous and asynchronous, for our own programs and the healthcare organizations we support.

Since 2021, Provider Network Management has run the operational side of healthcare for providers and practices across the country. You bring the clinical judgment. We bring the patients, the platform and the support team.
Paid Per Encounter
A flat rate for every completed patient encounter, typically equal to $80 to $148 per hour depending on patient volume and visit mix.
Paid Your Way
Contract as an individual 1099 provider or through your own business entity, such as an LLC or PLLC. Payments are issued weekly.
You Set the Schedule
Open availability seven days a week. Choose your own hours and manage them directly in the EHR.
100% Remote
Practice from anywhere in the United States. All you need is a reliable connection and a private workspace.
Malpractice With Tail
Malpractice insurance is provided at no cost to you, including tail coverage.
Clinical Focus Only
Cash-pay patients only, so there is no insurance billing. Our team handles scheduling, intake, payments and support.

Providers earn a flat rate for each completed patient encounter. Because pay follows your patient volume, the hourly equivalent typically ranges from $80 to $148 per hour, depending on how many patients you see and your mix of synchronous and asynchronous visits.

Volume Drives Earnings
The more patients you see during your available hours, the higher your effective hourly rate.
Weekly Payments
Paid every week as an individual 1099 contractor or through your own business entity.

Multi-State Licensed Clinicians
The more states you are licensed in, the more patient volume we can route to you. Licensure in high-demand states and compact participation are strongly preferred.
Physicians
MD or DO- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states
- Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation strongly preferred
- Board certified or board eligible
- Comfortable with telehealth and electronic documentation
Nurse Practitioners
NP- Active, unrestricted NP licenses in multiple states
- Current national NP board certification
- Prescriptive authority in each licensed state
- Comfortable with telehealth and electronic documentation
